Days/shifts per week: 5 days Monday to Friday 7am to 16:00

What you will be doing: • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
