The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a web application portfolio, managing scope, schedule, cost, and resource utilization across multiple federal customers. They will lead release planning, risk management, and ensure compliance with governance standards and security requirements.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of IT project management experience and a bachelor's degree, or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Applicants must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance and possess experience with federal EPLC and Agile delivery.
CVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an NIH web application program, which delivers centralized web/application development and maintenance for NIH, HHS, and other federal customers. The current portfolio includes 25 software projects, 13 active FFS customers, 17 active websites/apps, and approximately 625,000 public users.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
This position is contingent upon program award. We are proactively recruiting qualified candidates in advance of contract award.
