Jij ontwikkelt nieuwe markten, versterkt duurzame klantrelaties en vergroot omzet door gerichte acquisitie en cross-sell. Met jouw ondernemersgeest, commerciële inzicht en verbindend leiderschap vorm en coach je de commerciële teams op onze vestigingen, zodat zij optimaal samenwerken en resultaten behalen.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze commerciële strategie, benut je kansen in de markt en bouw je actief aan een sterk netwerk. Samen met de Vestigingsdirecteur en Commercieel Directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van onze groeidoelstellingen en het versterken van onze marktpositie.
In deze rol ben jij de commerciële aanjager van de regio. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on saleskracht en laat zien wat er gebeurt wanneer energie en eigenaarschap samenkomen. Je stuurt niet alleen wát er moet gebeuren, maar je doet het ook echt zelf: zichtbaar en actief in de markt.
Je richt je op een aantal duidelijke speerpunten:
Je bouwt gericht aan nieuwe klantrelaties, ziet commerciële kansen en neemt het initiatief om deze om te zetten in concrete opdrachten. Jij bent herkenbaar als hét gezicht van Newtone in jouw regio.
Je beweegt je continu in relevante netwerken: businessclubs, ondernemersbijeenkomsten, events en andere plekken waar kansen ontstaan. Je weet precies waar onze doelgroep zich bevindt. En daar waar zij zijn, ben jij ook.
Je stimuleert, inspireert en motiveert partners en relatiedragers om commercieel actiever te worden. Je maakt commercie bespreekbaar, creëert focus, ondernemerschap en zorgt voor opvolging. Jij brengt beweging en creëert eigenaarschap.
Je initieert en organiseert klantbijeenkomsten, netwerkactiviteiten en marketinginitiatieven die bijdragen aan zichtbaarheid, leadgeneratie en relatieverdieping. Met jouw aanpak wordt commercie een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van onze dagelijkse praktijk.
Je organiseert en leidt periodieke salesmeetings, faciliteert samenwerking tussen vestigingen en zorgt voor een gezamenlijke commerciële agenda. Je borgt voortgang door activiteiten en kansen in CRM vast te leggen en te monitoren. Zo creëren we inzicht, voorspelbaarheid en focus.
