What will you be doing?

The Configuration Technician role performs production level logical configurations and testing. This position follows detailed work instructions provided by Engineering team to accomplish tasks. This position also works cross-functionally with other teams within the Supply Chain organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stage equipment for processing, including boxing/unboxing and shifting racks.
• Perform physical audits of equipment and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Label products and cables, and apply asset tags for proper identification.
• Configure and integrate hardware components into network devices according to customer specifications.
• Install, upgrade, and test various equipment such as routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, and video systems.
• Execute functional hardware tests and troubleshoot errors when required.
• Handle cabling, crating preparation, and other shipment-related tasks.
• Capture logs and documentation for quality checks and compliance.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Ability to use a handheld computer
• Good communication skills
• Able to work on different WMS systems
• Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
