Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Coordinate and support project requests from Commercial and Scent Design teams.
• Manage sample requests, including oil, capsule, and application samples for projects.
• Create and process sample orders in the PUMA system.
• Coordinate with Labs, Customer Service, and logistics teams to ensure timely sample preparation.
• Arrange shipments to affiliates or customers and provide dispatch updates to recipients.
• Maintain and update data accurately in PUMA and SAP systems, including project linkage and base registration.
• Create and manage international shipment orders in SAP and ensure timely closure (PGI) of sample orders.
• Generate technical documents (e.g., MSDS, PDS, IFRA) and provide backup support for other FDS team members when needed.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Basic presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure

• Background in Chemistry, Fragrance, Science, Consumer Studies, Product Research, or Business is preferred
