Manage supplier incoming material quality and coordinate corrective actions for quality issues found during inspection or production. Track supplier improvement reports, perform on-site audits, and evaluate new supplier samples and quality performance.
Requires an associate degree or higher with proficiency in quality tools (8D, 7 QC tools) and quality systems like ISO9001 and TS16949. Candidates must be able to operate measurement equipment such as CMM and Hexagon, with preference for experience in mechanical piping or liquid cooling systems.

2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，必要是可以进行现场审核。
3、对现有合格供应商的每月、每季度的质量状况进行统计，对未达标的供应商提出限期整改要求并跟踪。
4、参与新开发的供应商的评估。
5、协助完成供应商样品零件的评估。
6、协助质量部FA样品质量文件的制作。
7、参与其他纠正与预防措施管理。
8、协助质量体系的管理及维护
1、诚信、正直、善良，具有较强的责任心和一定抗压能力，能适应出差。
2、较强的组织协调工作能力、人际沟通能力、文字表达能力。
3、能熟练的使用办公软件。
4、熟悉ISO9001、TS16949体系。
5、熟练使用质量工具进行分析，如：五大工具、七大手法以及8D等。
6、大专以上学历，会熟练操作三坐标（海克斯康）、关节臂、激光扫描仪等检测设备，有机械、管道焊接行业，特别是有液冷系统管道工作经验的优先考虑。
