Team Overview

O time de Planejamento de Vendas transforma objetivos comerciais em planos estruturados de rollout e execução. Como Analista, você será responsável por apoiar as atividades de rollout, preparar dados e construir materiais que viabilizem a execução de vendas. Esta é uma posição hands-on e orientada a detalhes, com foco em suporte operacional e análise.

Role Responsibilities

• Apoiar o planejamento de rollout nas cidades e os cronogramas de lançamento (coleta de dados, atualização de trackers).
• Apoiar a definição da estratégia de entrada no mercado por meio da preparação de insumos e documentação de modelos.
• Preparar relatórios, trackers e dashboards para apoiar o planejamento de capacidade de vendas.
• Manter mapas de território e bases de dados de ownership.
• Apoiar a preparação de pacotes de GTM (política comercial, promoções, slots).
• Auxiliar na elaboração de materiais de alinhamento de pitch de vendas e rascunhos de playbooks operacionais.

Role Qualifications

• Experiência prévia (ou estágio) em Sales Operations, Planejamento ou Análise de Negócios.
• Conhecimentos em Excel/Google Sheets; familiaridade com ferramentas de BI é um diferencial.
• Atenção aos detalhes, organização e proatividade.
• Inglês Avançado para conversação.
• Perfil colaborativo e disposição para aprender.
