The Transfer Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, tracking, reporting, and communication of all inter-facility inventory transfers across the company's beer, beverage, wine, and spirits operations. This role serves as the central point of contact between Procurement, Facility Directors, Operations Management, Warehouse Operations, and Routing/Logistics teams to ensure transfers are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels.
The Transfer Coordinator maintains daily visibility into all transfer activity, provides detailed reporting and status updates, monitors transfer aging, and ensures timely communication of completed transfers. The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory availability, supporting customer service objectives, and optimizing inventory flow across multiple distribution facilities.

This position operates within a fast-paced beverage distribution environment supporting multiple facilities and distribution centers. The role requires frequent interaction with operations leadership, procurement, logistics teams, warehouse management, and union warehouse and delivery personnel to ensure efficient movement of inventory throughout the organization.
Salary: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
