Perform routine general maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems, dock doors, plumbing, and electrical systems within a warehouse. Conduct daily visual inspections and maintain accurate preventative maintenance records to ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of maintenance experience or a relevant technical certification. Candidates must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures, lift 50 lbs, and work at heights up to 50 feet.

As a member of the FlexCold team, the Maintenance Technician I, works independently with limited supervision performing routine general maintenance and repair throughout the warehouse including but not limited to general refrigeration, dock door/levelers, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance as needed. Position must follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies and procedures when performing these tasks.
While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate is required to be able to constantly sit, stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. The associate is required to grasp or feel objects with the hand, reach above, below and at waist level, twist, squat, kneel and lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs. Ability to work in cold and below freezing temperatures. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for ensuring both the safe and effective performance of all job duties and the successful operation of all FlexCold, LLC’s business practices.
