The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe operation of warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve products while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Duties include maintaining equipment, managing inventory via WMS, and ensuring accurate loading and unloading of pallets.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience operating warehouse equipment. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, work in extreme cold temperatures, and maintain a flexible schedule.

As a member of the Flexcold team, a Warehouse Operator, is responsible for the safe use of all warehouse equipment to ensure safe movement of products, place product in storage locations and remove product from storage locations for shipment. Must follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies and procedures when performing these tasks.
Flexcold operates a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week facility to meet our customers' needs. Warehouse Operators may be hired to fill openings on any shift based on business needs.
