The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch sales, profitability, and P&L performance while managing warehouse operations and logistics. They lead and develop the sales team, monitor competitive trends, and ensure effective customer service and facility optimization.
The ideal candidate should have prior sales management and operations experience, along with strong business analytical and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards is highly desirable.
