Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for end-user hardware and software across the organization. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transportation interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between internal systems and external trading partners.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in IT support with proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and networking basics. Familiarity with EDI X12 standards and TMS/WMS platforms is highly preferred.
Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist provides end-user technical support across the organization while also supporting and maintaining EDI transportation interfaces that connect internal systems with carriers, brokers, and trading partners. This hybrid role combines traditional IT desktop/helpdesk responsibilities with monitoring and troubleshooting of electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions critical to logistics and transportation operations. This position is 100% on-site.
