Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate assessments of maintenance needs.
Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards, adhering to regulatory obligations.
Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, or parts, showcasing innovative problem-solving skills and techniques.
Evaluates service and parts options to contain costs, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions.
Controls corrosion and completes winterization procedures to prolong the lifespan of vehicles and ensure responsible use of resources.

Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a diplomatic and courteous manner in all dealings with customers and fellow employees.
Assist in the repair of customer vehicles, lease units, and company inventory, contributing to a positive service experience for our customers.
