The Service Representative is responsible for managing bin inventory and delivering products to customer locations to ensure satisfaction. They must also maintain bin management systems, document issues, and provide timely updates to the team.
Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to follow through on projects. A valid driver's license is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

A PART-TIME Service Representative will work to maintain customer satisfaction by managing bin inventory and delivering product to their location. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization’s vison, mission, and values.
This job operates in a customer manufacturing environment. This role may routinely use equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may be exposed to bright lighting, blue light (i.e., computer screens), repetitive low to mid volume sounds (i.e., forklift traffic, packaging machines, etc.), warm and cool temperatures, and various metals and plastics.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly standing. The employee will need to have the ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. This job will require the ability to push, pull, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach when necessary.
Hourly Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
