Oversee all areas of the grain elevator and office to ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance. Manage grain grading, loading/unloading operations, and inventory to maximize profitability and customer service.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred experience in grain operations. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, working at heights, and working extended hours during harvest seasons.

Compensation: $21.35 hourly
This position will trained to tend, operate and oversee all areas within the elevator and office to assure compliance with established procedures relative to quality, productivity and safety. Assure we maintain the highest level of customer service to our farmers and commercial customers.
