Rising Tide Logistics is a newly launching Amazon Delivery Service Partner hiring Dispatchers to join our founding team in Bordentown, NJ. We focus on getting the job done right so every Delivery Driver gets paid well while getting home safely and on time.
Our Dispatchers are the operational backbone of the team. You will help keep Delivery Drivers supported, delivery routes moving, customer deliveries on track, and daily warehouse operations running smoothly from start to finish. This is an opportunity for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and ready to grow into a leadership role as our delivery operation scales.

As a Dispatcher with Rising Tide Logistics, you will support the daily execution of our Amazon last-mile delivery operation. You will work from our Bordentown warehouse and serve as a central point of communication for Delivery Drivers, Non CDL Drivers, Couriers, leadership, and Amazon station personnel throughout the day.
