Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are required.

The Blast Technician is responsible for preparing Differential components for the painting process by sandblasting parts to remove rust, paint, scale, dirt, and other surface contaminants. This role ensures parts are properly cleaned and prepared to meet quality standards before moving into the paint and final prep stages. The Blast Technician must operate blasting equipment safely, maintain a clean work area, and inspect parts to ensure they are ready for the next step in the remanufacturing process. Attention to detail, safety, and efficiency are essential to success in this position.
Shift time: 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday; includes 2 paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. OT ran on Fridays as needed.
No nights! No weekends!
