About the role
The Pre-Sell Representative is responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent product presentation across assigned retail locations. This role serves as a key liaison between the Company and store-level partners, supporting product visibility, inventory management, and promotional execution while providing market insights to inform sales and marketing initiatives. The Pre-Sell Representative works independently in the field while collaborating closely with internal teams to support overall business objectives.
What you'll do
· Execute merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales performance and enhance brand visibility.
· Set up, maintain, and refresh product displays in accordance with established planograms and merchandising standards.
· Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, priced, and faced to maintain optimal shelf presentation.
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and store-level staff.
· Train and support store personnel on product knowledge, merchandising best practices, and sales techniques.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs or concerns to management in a timely manner.
· Conduct routine store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotional initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
· Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in C-store, food or dairy industry preferred
· Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining accountable for results.
· Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide, influence, and motivate others.
· Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and brand presentation.
