The Transmission Production Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Transmission Production Line to meet KPIs regarding productivity, safety, and quality. This role is responsible for staff supervision, workflow coordination, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in remanufacturing or heavy-duty equipment. Proven leadership experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems are required.

Position Summary
The Transmission Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership, coordination, and performance of the Transmission Production Line. This role oversees workflow planning, staff supervision, and operational execution to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
The Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, develops team capability, and ensures alignment with company policies and production goals. This position has full responsibility for departmental staffing, performance management, and employee development.
