The Dock Supervisor oversees daily terminal operations, including the safe loading, unloading, and sorting of freight. They are responsible for training dockworkers, ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations, and improving overall terminal efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of relevant warehouse or freight experience, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of DOT safety standards.
