The Scale House Attendant is responsible for accurately weighing, recording, and processing all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the landfill, transfer station, or waste processing facility. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, drivers, and vendors while ensuring proper documentation, billing, cash handling, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
A successful Scale House Attendant demonstrates exceptional customer service, maintains accurate transaction and weight records, ensures operational compliance, and contributes to the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
