The Shotblast Operator is responsible for operating machinery to smooth and finish metal parts while ensuring quality and delivery standards are met. They also perform production support duties and maintain general warehouse housekeeping.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be mechanically inclined with a focus on safety and quality. Experience with laser operations is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of crane operation and measuring tools.

The Shotblast Operator is responsible for satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity. They perform various production support duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as execute general housekeeping for warehouse. They will be responsible for operating electronic grinders to smooth and/or finish parts prior to and/or following processing.
