The Operations/Warehouse Manager coordinates all incoming and outgoing shipping activities while ensuring facility efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy. They are responsible for managing warehouse staff, overseeing equipment maintenance, and collaborating with other departments to meet operational schedules.
Candidates must have at least five years of prior management experience and proficiency in using measuring tools like tape measures and micrometers. An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant warehouse experience is required.
