The estimated wage for this position is $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Final rate of pay will be based on several factors including year of study, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Accountabilities
Optimize FMLA Processes: Refine and enhance our FMLA workflows and communication strategies.
Contribute to exciting company initiatives by managing projects and handling special administrative tasks.
Gain hands-on experience with essential tasks, processes, and customer service activities within our department.
Support Management teams by providing valuable administrative assistance to department managers and learn from their expertise.
Manage Data and Documents: Develop your skills in data entry and document organization, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Build and strengthen a network of professional contacts within departments and across the company
Assist with project management for various company initiatives and complete administrative tasks and special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Required
College credits equivalent to one year toward an undergraduate degree
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Basic organization, prioritization and time/project management skills
Qualifications - Preferred
Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in Business, Human Resources, Legal Studies/Pre-Employment Law, or related field.
