The Night Transportation Manager is responsible for building driver relationships and managing daily logistics needs including payroll, equipment, and logging. They partner with logistics managers to optimize freight loads while ensuring adherence to customer service expectations and safety standards.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or two to three years of fleet management experience in the truckload industry. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer and satellite communication systems are required for this role.
