The role involves managing shipment data, tracking load statuses, and coordinating pick-up and delivery appointments with customers and carriers. Additionally, the assistant provides clerical support, generates status reports, and maintains stakeholder records within the company system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency. One to three years of customer service experience is preferred, along with zero to six months of experience in customer transportation.
