Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for colleagues in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland using Workday. The role involves maintaining data integrity, ensuring statutory compliance, and resolving payroll-related queries for employees.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a cross-border environment, and proficiency with Workday and MS Excel. A bachelor's degree or professional payroll/HR certification is ideally required along with strong knowledge of ROI and NI tax rules.
We're excited to be recruiting for a Payroll Support Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract basis to join our People Team!
Reporting to the People Services Lead, this role can be based in our Derry, Belfast or Dublin offices, you will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for colleagues across ROI and NI using Workday, maintaining data integrity, compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, and providing excellent service to colleagues on payroll-related queries.
You’ll work closely with the People team and Finance department to support payroll, and related HR processes across the all-Ireland region.
