How you will make an impact:
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;
Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;
Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;
Provide input for payroll;
Create HR documents such as reference letters;
Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;
Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.
Skills that make your work successful:
Advanced proficiency in English and Polish;
Previous experience in HR Administration / Personnel Administration (preferred);
Experience with MS Office and data management tools;
Good understanding of HR Administration processes, including hiring documentation and employee data management;
General knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management processes;
Familiarity with HR systems and tools (SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Case Management, Knowledge Management, PeopleDoc);
Good understanding of HR policies and procedures;
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
University degree or student certificate.
