Our GBS history in Romania started in 2017, when Molson Coors Global Business Services was established in Bucharest, and since then we have become a 650 people strong organization and growing continuously.
We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.
This role is responsible for providing HR support services to allocated stakeholders, by processing employee information and maintaining employee records in internal systems and tools, as per Hire to Retire scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivers on Time in Full in the HR systems the end to end HR activities in the scope.
Manages the HR Learning Management System (LMS) platform to create, maintain and amend all training programs, by:
administrating the Trainings,
creating the annual planning ad assignment profiles in the LMS platforms,
managing and monitoring the learning plans,
delivering trainings-related reports
uploading content training files,
performing testing activities, identifying and correcting complex issues with training program or users profiles.
Handles internal systems requests (ServiceNow, People Central), performing transactions accurately and in due time according to the agreed Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators.
Supports continuous improvement with focus on improving existing processes.
Manages the audit requests by providing required evidence in a timely manner.
Is actively involved in projects and initiatives as a solid contributor.
