You will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles while building local talent pipelines in Romania. Additionally, you will manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, HR administration, and supporting performance and development initiatives.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a strong understanding of the Romanian talent market. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join our People team.
The primary focus of this role is Talent Acquisition. You’ll own recruitment across the company, with a particular emphasis on helping us identify, attract and hire exceptional talent in Romania.
This is a highly hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates directly, building relationships, solving difficult hiring challenges and keeping recruitment moving quickly, while being equally comfortable taking ownership of operational People tasks.
Key Responsibilities:We’re a remote-first collective, meeting in person twice a year to plan, brainstorm, celebrate wins, and enjoy some face-to-face time. We have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that your calendar is yours. Work the hours that let you perform at your peak while also building a healthy life.
