Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity and is seeking to attract a Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert to join our Human Resources team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. The Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert is responsible for owning and continuously improving the HR operational backbone across Sunlight Group. As a Group role, the position drives the design, governance, standardization and optimization of HR systems, processes and data across countries and entities, enabling a scalable, digital and data-driven HR function. The role ensures effective HR technology, clear process governance, trusted people data and actionable workforce insights that support business performance, operational excellence and a consistent employee and manager experience across the Group.
