About the Role - We are looking for a self-motivated Organizational Psychologist with proven corporate experience, to join our Ergo Well-Being (EWB) team as an EAP Consultant and be in the front line of supporting organizations and their people. This role blends clinical sensitivity, organizational insight, and strategic thinking and the ideal candidate will partner up with our clients’ HR departments in order to provide direct support to their employees and leaders and enhance mental wellbeing.
