The Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager will design and lead the group's centralized recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions, building talent pipelines, and overseeing onboarding programs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology, with a Master's degree considered an asset. A minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required.

This strategic role will be responsible for designing and leading the Group’s talent acquisition and employer branding strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across all resort destinations and corporate functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable recruitment processes, strengthening the employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
