Perform system administration tasks (e.g., configurations, user access) to support both ongoing operations and project rollouts.
Analyse HR workflows, propose improvements, and assist in implementing changes tied to projects or vendor solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR stakeholders during project phases (e.g., testing, data migration, customization) to ensure technical accuracy.
Create reports and dashboards to track project progress, process performance, and improvement metrics.
Train end-users on project deliverables (e.g., new tools, updated processes) and gather feedback for refinement.
Ensure data integrity and compliance during vendor-supported implementations.
Document processes, project plans, and vendor agreements to maintain clarity and accountability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Experience:
3 years + relevant experience with a focus on digital solutions, especially in HR system implementation and preferably gained from sizable companies / MNC.
Strong knowledge of HR information systems, HR analytics skills and other HR digital tools.
Hands on experience in handling HR data with Power BI and workflow automation with Power Automate is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated and a team-player.
Be able to work independently under pressure and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in computer application and hands-on e.g. MS Office, MS Power Platform like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
