We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team across recruitment, HR administration, and employee experience. As an HR Assistant, you will be an essential member of our HR team, supporting the employee journey from recruitment to day-to-day HR operations. You will help ensure that our people processes run smoothly by assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting attendance and leave administration, updating records, coordinating training initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement activities.
Support recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination)
Assist in the review and administration of employees' expenses and supporting documentation, in collaboration with the Finance Department
Track attendance, working hours, leave records, and employee absences, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in ERGANI II and internal HR systems
Assist in organizing training programs and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities
Experience and Skills needed
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant, or similar role (experience in Real Estate or consulting environments is an asset)
Good knowledge of labor law and HR procedures
Experience with HR software / ERP systems is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office
Very good command of English
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
