The Administrator provides high-level customer service and administrative support for funeral home, cemetery, and crematory facilities. Key duties include managing contracts, processing invoices, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of administrative support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while bookkeeping or accounting experience is considered helpful.

Schedules meetings, drafts memos, transcribes notes, creates presentations, generates reports, and prepares and monitors invoices and expenses.
