The Line Cook 2 is responsible for setting up stations, preparing food items according to recipes and presentation specifications, and maintaining a sanitary workspace. They must also manage inventory and assist in the overall organization and cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas.
Candidates should have a deep understanding of professional cooking techniques and food safety procedures, with previous prep or line cook experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is a plus, and professional communication skills are required.
