Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room. Fold napkins and make extra place settings. May periodically take physical count of stock or check and mark stock.

Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, and maintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is open.

Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
