The Stage Lead coordinates the setup, operation, and strike of nightlife venues and private events. They are responsible for maintaining equipment inventory, diagnosing technical faults, and ensuring all safety standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least four years of experience in large-scale entertainment, and a current OSHA 30 card. Scissor lift certification is required or must be obtainable.
