Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure resident satisfaction. Manage apartment turns to prepare units for new residents and provide technical guidance to other technicians.
Requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities or building environment and proficiency in at least two technical trades. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle for on-call shifts and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
