About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting the full recruiting lifecycle. This role serves as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders by coordinating interviews, proactively sourcing talent, maintaining recruiting systems and reporting, and helping drive operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This individual is passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences while continuously improving recruiting processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations experience.
Experience supporting multiple recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Oracle experience preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
