Votre rôle
En tant que Chef de Rang, vous assurez un accueil attentif et élégant, guidez les clients dans leurs choix et garantissez un service en salle irréprochable, conforme aux standards du Saint Roch. Responsable de votre rang, vous en assurez la préparation, l’organisation et le suivi, tout en anticipant les besoins des clients et en veillant à la fluidité du service. Vous coordonnez le travail des commis, assurez la liaison entre la salle et la cuisine et contribuez à une expérience gastronomique harmonieuse. Vous participez également au contrôle des commandes et au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité, afin d’offrir un service soigné, précis et mémorable.
