You will supervise and prepare breakfast culinary offerings while collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality service. Additionally, you will manage stock, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with HACCP safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have significant professional kitchen experience and the ability to manage high-volume service. Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene are essential.
Le °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires mêle hôtellerie 4 étoiles, un restaurant de 110 couverts aux influences italiennes et méditerranéennes avec terrasse, un espace spa avec piscine intérieure et une ski boutique. Projet historique de la Maison °Fahrenheit Seven, il s'inscrit skis aux pieds dans le quartier de Preyerand, au cœur des 3 Vallées. Repère d'hédonistes, c'est un hôtel lifestyle indépendant qui mêle convivialité, esprit vintage et service haut de gamme.
Rattaché(e) au Chef de Cuisine, vous superviserez et élaborerez les préparations culinaires du petit déjeuner. Vous assisterez le Second de Cuisine et travaillerez en collaboration avec les autres parties de la cuisine. Vos principales missions seront :
