The Membership Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for members and guests, managing account maintenance, service delivery, and member engagement. They are responsible for driving membership sales, retention, and providing exceptional hospitality experiences within the club.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to service recovery are essential for this role.
As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals.
Candidates for this position must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours at a time and demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
