The Area Director of Sales is responsible for generating top-line revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing existing hotel accounts across four branded properties. Key duties include conducting sales calls, managing key accounts, and collaborating with management on business plans and revenue strategies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of direct hotel sales experience and a college degree or equivalent sales experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with Hilton brands or tools like PEP, R&I, and Delphi is preferred.

JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to use a computer and other standard office equipment. Fluency in the English language and the ability to speak, hear, read and write are required as is the ability to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business requirements. Must have dexterity/mobility to meet clients on and off premises, to tour property and attend functions, to climb stairs, and operate basic office equipment. Must have own reliable transportation and possess a valid state driver's license in order to make sales calls.
