The Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to the management team while serving as an on-site liaison for marketing initiatives. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing genuine and authentic guest service according to the Jeff Ruby Standards. This role provides administrative, clerical, reception, sales, and marketing support for the Sales & Relationship Manager (SRM) and Management staff of the restaurant.
Responsibilities include answering telephones, taking reservations, creating High Touches for Guests, assisting the SRM with daily tasks, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments and referrals, selling gift cards, typing, filing and supporting guest-facing sales initiatives.
In collaboration with the Marketing team, this role supports on-site social media content capture by identifying brand-appropriate moments, documenting restaurant ambiance, food, beverage, service, and guest experience details, and serving as a social media ambassador while maintaining guest privacy and Jeff Ruby hospitality standards.
