The Night Auditor manages guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations during the overnight shift. They are also responsible for auditing room and food and beverage revenue to ensure accurate daily accounting reports.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of hotel experience, including one year of overnight work. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required, with Opera PMS and M3 software knowledge preferred.
Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required.
