In this high-energy, fast-paced environment, you will lead day-to-day operations with a strong, hands-on presence in both the front and back of house. This role is highly guest-facing, requiring an engaging leader who is visible on the floor, actively interacting with guests, driving service standards, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience from order to delivery.
You will play a key role in leading peak service periods, supporting team members on the line and at the counter as needed, and maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality in every interaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a quick-service or fast-casual setting, leads by example, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed—from coaching team members and expediting orders to resolving guest concerns in real time. We are seeking a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building and developing high-performing teams, and creating a positive, energetic environment that keeps both guests and employees coming back.
