The Resident Services Coordinator manages resident inquiries, coordinates service requests, and executes leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals. They also oversee lease renewals and partner with specialists to manage move-outs and eviction processes.
Candidates need a high school diploma and preferably one year of property management or customer service experience. An Illinois Leasing Agent license is required within 120 days of hire.
As a Waterton Resident Services Coordinator, you will work with residents and respond to inquiries and concerns within the community, while providing exceptional customer service. The Resident Services Coordinator supports the Community Manager with the administrative, leasing, and customer service facets of the community’s operations to achieve occupancy and income goals.

Typical Base Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation
This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job related factors.
