The Porter is responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal through daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and trash removal. This includes managing amenity areas, swimming pools, and ensuring the facility meets brand presentation standards.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with a preference for one year of experience in maintenance or student housing. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and availability for flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, is required.

The Porter works on-site to complete all groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Their responsibilities include removing trash from the facility, preparing trash for pickup by the waste hauler, mopping, and performing daily cleaning of assigned areas.
