The Assistant Manager is responsible for all shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. They must lead the crew by example, ensuring adherence to all company policies and maintaining high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
Candidates must possess strong mathematical skills for monetary transactions and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
